Election observation mission
Early Parliamentary Elections, 20 October 2002
At the request of the Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Montenegro (Federal Republic of Yugoslavia), OSCE/ODIHR established an Election Observation Mission on 18 September to observe the early parliamentary elections scheduled on 20 October and the concurrent municipal elections held in Podgorica and Tivat.
