Needs assessment mission
Presidential Election, 17 May 2009
Following an invitation from Lithuania’s Permanent Mission to the OSCE to observe the presidential election scheduled for 17 May 2009, ODIHR undertook a Needs Assessment Mission (NAM) to Vilnius from 6 to 9 April. The NAM did not recommend any OSCE/ODIHR election-related activity for this election.
