Limited election observation mission
Devolved-Administration Elections, 1 May 2003
ODIHR received an invitation from the United Kingdom Delegation to the OSCE to observe the elections to the devolved administrations of Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales, scheduled for 1 May 2003. In response, ODIHR deployed a small, short-term observation mission.
