Election assessment mission
Presidential Election, 21 April and 5 May 2002
Following an invitation from the Republic of France to assess the presidential elections scheduled on 21 April and 5 May 2002, an OSCE/ODIHR delegation undertook an assessment visit to France on the occasion of the first round on 21 April to assess the electoral process in light of OSCE commitments.
