Needs assessment mission
Presidential Election, 22 January 2012
Following an invitation from the Permanent Mission of Finland to the OSCE to observe the 22 January 2012 presidential election, the OSCE/ODIHR undertook a Needs Assessment Mission (NAM) from 7 to 9 November 2011. The OSCE/ODIHR NAM did not recommend deploying an election-related activity for this election.
