Rassistische und xenophobe Hassverbrechen
Hassverbrechen, die durch Rassismus und Xenophobie motiviert sind, können verschiedene Formen annehmen und Menschen unterschiedlicher Gruppen aus dem gesamten Gebiet der OSZE zum Ziel haben. Obwohl bestimmte Gemeinschaften angreifbarer sind, kann grundsätzlich jede ethnische oder nationale Gruppe Ziel von Rassismus werden.
