Rasistička i ksenofobna krivična djela počinjena iz mržnje
Krivična djela počinjena iz mržnje motivirana rasizmom i ksenofobijom mogu imati različite oblike a njihova meta su osobe koje pripadaju različitim grupama koje žive širom regije koju pokriva OSCE.
