Diese Broschüre beschreibt die wesentlichen Bausteine für einen opferzentrierten Ansatz zur Unterstützung von Opfern von Hasskriminalität.

Die Broschüre wurde im Rahmen des ODIHR-Projekts "Enhancing Stakeholder Awareness and Resources for Hate Crime Victim Support" (EStAR) entwickelt.
