Slovenija: NUJNO MNENJE OVSE/ODIHR O PREDLOGIH SPREMEMB IN DOPOLNITEV ZAKONA O INTEGRITETI IN PREPREČEVANJU KORUPCIJE

V mnenju so izpostavljena ključna vprašanja in nakazana področja, ki vzbujajo zaskrbljenost. Zaradi jedrnatosti se več pozornosti posveča področjem, na katerih so potrebne spremembe ali izboljšave, kot pa pozitivnim vidikom predloga zakona. Priporočila, pripravljena na tej podlagi, temeljijo na mednarodnih standardih, normah in praksah ter ustreznih zavezah OVSE v okviru človekove razsežnosti.
