دليل مراقبة التمويل الانتخابي
يهدف هذا الكتاب لتوفير إرشاد أفضل لبعثات وفرق مراقبة الانتخابات التابعة لمكتب المؤسسات الديمقراطية وحقوق الإنسان وذلك حول كيفية مقاربتها لتمويل الحملات الانتخابية كجزء من عملية المراقبة العامة للانتخابات. وفي حين أن مكتب المؤسسات الديمقراطية وحقوق الإنسان قد شمل مسألة تمويل الحملات في منهجيته الخاصة بالمراقبة العامة، فيسعى هذا الدليل لوضع نهج أكثر انتظاما وشمولا لمراقبة هذا الجزء الهام من العملية الانتخابية0. وتم إعداده من المساهمات المالية من خارج ميزانية مكتب المؤسسات الديمقراطية وحقوق الإنسان كجزء من جهوده المتواصلة لتعزيز منهجيته ورفع مستوى الاحترافية في مراقبة بعض الجوانب المتخصصة من الانتخابات.
