Portugal: Parecer Urgente sobre o Projeto de Lei n.º 398/XVII/1 Relativo a Medidas de Proteção das Crianças em Ambientes Digitais

A 24 de Abril de 2026, o Presidente da Comissão dos Assuntos Constitucionais, dos Direitos, Liberdades e Garantias da Assembleia da República de Portugal enviou ao Gabinete da OSCE para as Instituições Democráticas e os Direitos Humanos (doravante «ODIHR») um pedido de análise jurídica do Projeto de Lei n.º 398/XVII/1 sobre Medidas de Proteção das Crianças em Ambientes Digitais (doravante «o Projeto de Lei»).

Este Parecer Urgente foi elaborado em resposta ao pedido acima referido. O ODIHR realizou esta avaliação no âmbito do seu mandato geral de apoiar os Estados participantes da OSCE na implementação dos seus compromissos relativos à dimensão humana da OSCE.
